Kendall College Web Site
Using their existing Content Management System, Technotribe redesigned the Kendall College web site using the school's new branding. The existing 300+ page site was very text heavy with a lot of duplicate content, making it necessary to reorganize and remove redundant content based on data drawn from site analytics and feed content from a single source into multiple pages. An emphasis was placed on "showing" rather than "telling," with the inclusion of an interactive virtual tour, testimonial and highlight videos and visual call-outs, as well as on lead generation, with leads being dynamically fed into the appropriate CRM system for representatives to follow up.

eLoyalty Client Portal Web/Multimedia
eLoyalty Client Portal Web/Multimedia
The eLoyalty Client Portal was the primary marketing and customer support tool used to showcase their unique Behavioral Analytics™ product. We built a dynamic, multimedia interface that utilized embedded training videos, voice-over audio, actual call-center conversations that demonstrated proper response techniques, etc. It also included dynamic Flash elements and animations. Additionally, we streamlined and reorganized content, creating a clear delineation between training, support and customer content management tools. Customers could finally generate and access their own call center data reports, and quickly find the supporting materials that could help them clarify and analyze their statistics.

Bloodshot Records eCommerce
http://www.bloodshotrecords.com
Bloodshot Records, an independent record label that generates most of its income via online sales, needed a robust web site to promote its 60+ artists. Together with the label’s design agency, Technotribe created the Bloodshot Records ecommerce site using Drupal CMS. The majority of content is dynamically fed into pages based upon relationships. For example, each artist page feeds in that artist’s news, concerts, albums, merchandise, samples, videos and more. This content also appears dynamically in other relevant pages. A single page checkout and dynamic shipping costs complete the online shopping experience.

Christ Church Live Video Streaming
Christ Church Live Video Streaming
Christ Church of Oak Brook wanted to expand their broadcast ministry from traditional TV, radio and archive video to live-streaming of worship services. Technotribe worked with the Media Ministries team at Christ Church to add this functionality to their web offerings. Cloud-base streaming services from both Radio Antioch and Amazon Web Services were utilized to enable web and mobile streaming and browser-detection ensures the user sees the appropriate stream for their web-enabled device. A live-broadcast landing page allows online congregants to interact by viewing the order of service, participating in the offering and engaging in dialogue.

Technotribe was contracted to redesign, expand and re-launch the new DeVry Inc. Brand Guidelines web site. DeVry needed one location where branded materials and logos for its various institutions could be downloaded. The password-protected site features downloadable logos, style guides, document and presentation templates and social media guidelines, as well as access to approved photography and a wide variety of supporting materials. The items can be accessed by personnel at DeVry’s nine institutions, which include over 200 campus and center locations across North America.
